Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are coping with chronic medical conditions, major life changes, and the motional weight that can come with navigating the healthcare system. Many of my clients are adjusting to new diagnoses, dialysis or kidney disease, disability, caregiver stress, or the anxiety and depression that often accompany health challenges.

As a medical social worker, I bring a strong understanding of how physical health and mental health intersect. I help clients process loss, rebuild a sense of control, and develop practical strategies to manage both emotional and day-to-day stressors.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I'm also experienced in helping clients advocate for themselves within complex medical systems, which can eb an important part of healing.

Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and easy to talk to. I balance validation with practical tools so you leave sessions feeling both heard and equipped.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on understanding your current challenges, identifying your goals, and creating a plan that feels manageable and personalized.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting individuals with chronic illness and major life adjustments.
