Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes meaningful mental health care starts with feeling truly heard. Pulling from a myriad of inpatient, outpatient, and community work settings, I have provided extensive care to individuals across the lifespan ages 5-75. My particular interest lies in treating in mood disorders, anxiety, and ADHD. I value honesty, collaboration, and taking things one step at a time—meeting you where you are without judgment or pressure. I’m also proficient in Spanish and Mandarin and enjoy working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered, integrative, and collaborative. I view psychiatric care as more than just symptom management—medication can be an important tool, but it’s only one part of a larger picture that includes emotional insight, social support, and long-term resilience. I focus on shared decision-making, thoughtful conversations, and evidence-based care that aligns with your values and goals. I strive to create a safe, transparent space where you feel empowered to ask questions, explore concerns, and participate actively in your care.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll focus on care that feels supportive, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs—because change happens when treatment addresses the whole person, not just symptoms.
