Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Jenny and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience as a clinician, educator, and public health advocate. I specialize in working with people who use drugs/alcohol by using a harm reduction approach to help them navigate their relationship with substances while focusing on their health, safety, and well-being. I am an advocate of multiple pathways to recovery and figuring out what works best for you at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-focused, self-empowering, and collaborative. I have experience treating complex trauma, self-harm, psychosis, and providing psychedelic integration. I believe that people need support, compassion, and understanding, not shame and stigma.

What you can expect from me

During our sessions, we'll get to know each other and work together to identify your strengths while creating a safe space for you to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself.
