Great to meet you!

Hi! I have a passion for working with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness/pain, and pre-conception, pregnancy, and postpartum difficulties. I have worked in multiple children's hospitals and enjoy working with healthcare professionals.

I hold sessions Monday - Thursday and take consultation calls on Fridays.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and a variety of other therapies to help individuals cope and move towards wellness and change. I take a wholistic approach, as I believe that our mental health can be affected by physical, financial, and spiritual health as well as our environments and relationships.

What you can expect from me

With a phone consult, I hope to briefly get to know each other and see if we're a good fit. During the first session, I hope to explore what's bringing you to therapy, how it is impacting your life, and your personal history.

Overall, my style uses a values-based practice, so I want our sessions to move you towards your goals and what is important to you in healthy ways. I love to utilized the things my clients are interested in to draw parallels and metaphors to make things more relatable.
