Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker who was initially trained in play therapy and trauma treatment. I have worked with individuals and couples treating depression, anxiety and attachment issues. I utilize CBT, ACT, IFS and am basic trained in EMDR. I am passionate about maternal mental health and women's issues.

My approach to therapy

I strive to offer a safe, empathetic environment where you can share about your current struggles and past issues that continue to impact you. My desire is to collaborate on treatment modalities and interventions that will be most beneficial to you.

What you can expect from me

I hope it is an opportunity for you to begin building our therapeutic relationship as you share about the difficulties you are experiencing and help me learn about your history in order for us to determine goals.
