Great to meet you!

Navigating life transitions as an adult can feel overwhelming and uncertain. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or ADHD, these challenges can leave you feeling stuck or lost. I’m here to support you. Life changes, such as a new career, relationship shifts, or personal growth, can bring intense emotions, but they also offer opportunities for healing and transformation. With the right guidance, you can overcome these struggles, regain confidence, and find clarity. Together, we’ll work toward a life where you feel more secure, grounded, and empowered. Healing is possible, and I’m here to help you on your journey.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. With a background working in domestic violence shelters and extensive experience supporting children, military populations, and their families, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work. As a military spouse and dependent, I understand the unique stressors that come with this lifestyle, and I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, tailored care.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and grief. I have advanced training in evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I’m also pursuing my Registered Play Therapist (RPT) certification to deepen my work with children and families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach creates a safe, supportive space to confront painful memories, foster healing, and promote personal growth. Whether I’m working with children, teens, or adults, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs — and I’m not afraid to bring humor into the room when it helps lighten the load. Together, we'll build resilience, restore balance, and help you move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from our first session

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel a little scary, but you won’t be doing it alone. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding your unique story. It’s a time for us to talk about what’s important to you, and I’ll make sure you feel safe and comfortable sharing your thoughts and emotions. We’ll also go over the importance of confidentiality, so you know this is your space to be open.

As we continue, you can expect us to work on what matters most to you, whether it’s finding more peace, breaking old patterns, or navigating life’s challenges. We’ll create a plan together that feels right for your journey. I’m excited to meet you and support you every step of the way as you move toward a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
