Great to meet you!

You don’t have to come to therapy with the right words or a clear plan. I work with adults navigating addiction recovery, relationships, major life changes, or the feeling that something needs to change—even if they aren’t sure what that looks like yet.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I’ll meet you with compassion, but I’ll also be honest and help you recognize the patterns keeping you stuck. Therapy with me is a real conversation where you can stop performing, sort through what’s going on, and begin making changes that actually fit your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about what’s happening in your life, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope will feel different. You won’t be expected to share everything at once or have clearly defined goals before you arrive. We’ll begin identifying the patterns, concerns, and strengths that matter most, then decide together what our work could look like. Most importantly, you’ll have space to ask questions and determine whether I feel like the right therapist for you.
