Jenny Louissaint

Jenny Louissaint PMHNP-BC is a team-oriented, Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extended behavioral health nursing experience. A professional driven to help others overcome personal obstacles. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Hunter College specializing in Psychiatric Nursing Across the Lifespan.

Ms. Louissaint uses evidence-based practices in psychopharmacology along with supportive, outcome-oriented therapy to treat depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and attention disorders.

Jenny supports adult patients in meeting their treatment goals, collaborating with patients’ friends and family when necessary.

A personal challenge, yet learning experience was working as a mental health professional during the height of the Pandemic. This experience intensified Jenny’s compassion for those being challenged by mental illness. Patients who work with Jenny can expect a tailored, professional approach to treatment that empowers and helps them to overcome personal obstacles.
