Jenny Louissaint

Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with ten years of experience in mental health and four years as an advanced practice provider. I'm especially passionate about working with college students and young adults because I can genuinely relate. I've navigated some of those same experiences myself, and that's a big part of what brought me to this work. I offer care in both English and Creole and work with adults facing anxiety, depression, insomnia, and more.

I believe healing looks different for everyone, and I'm here to meet you where you are. I offer a virtual, safe space to explore what's going on with empathy and without judgment. My care blends clinical expertise with deep respect for your unique story. For those who find comfort in it, I'm also open to incorporating faith into our work together, though that's always your choice, never something I push. Whether you're managing the pressures of school, career, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you find stability, confidence, and peace on your terms.

Your first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's been going on, what you're hoping to work toward, and what kind of support feels right for you. I'll review your history, walk you through your options, and together we'll build a plan that fits your life. Everything stays confidential, and there's no pressure to have it all figured out before we start. You just have to show up.
