Great to meet you!

Hi there, Jenny here! I believe therapy is about learning how to bend without breaking. I specialize in working with individuals and couples facing trauma, chronic stress, and high-demand roles like military, first responder, high level executives AND those that care for them. These are the people that are usually holding it all together for others!

I have a special connection to these populations as an Air Force brat, Air Force Veteran, and Air Force Spouse - quite literally not a day of my life untouched by the military! I have more than 20 years' experience working with children, youth, families and couples around their life challenges and transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based practices with a direct, no-nonsense style that still leaves room for compassion and connection. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or burned out, we’ll work together toward helping you regain your edge, at your pace, steadily and sustainably.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a starting point, not a deep dive into everything at once. We’ll focus on what feels most important to you right now and begin to build a sense of trust and comfort in the space. You can expect a mix of listening, gentle questions, and some structure to help us understand where to go next. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and a little more grounded than when you came in.
