Hi! My name is Jenny, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have experience in community support services, inpatient and outpatient treatment, emergency departments, crisis management, and psychiatric residential programs. I work with children (11+), adolescents, and adults navigating challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions.
I aim to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable sharing what’s on your mind. My approach is collaborative, trauma informed, and grounded in empathy and respect. I use evidence based practices tailored to your needs, with the goal of helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you move toward meaningful growth and change.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’ve been going through. We'll begin by identifying your goals in a supportive and understanding space.
