Great to meet you!
I’m a board-certified psychiatrist who believes that effective mental health care begins with truly understanding the person behind the symptoms. I have extensive experience treating adults with a wide range of psychiatric concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, and other mental health conditions.
My clinical background has allowed me to care for individuals across a broad spectrum of needs, from those navigating everyday stressors and life transitions to those experiencing more complex or acute psychiatric symptoms. While medication can be an important and sometimes essential part of treatment, I believe meaningful psychiatric care extends beyond medication alone. The way we feel is often influenced by many interconnected parts of our lives, including our relationships, work, sleep, exercise, substance use, daily habits, and the ways we cope with difficult emotions and experiences.
I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly about what’s going on in your life and feel genuinely heard. Together, we can explore not only your symptoms, but also the experiences, patterns, and coping strategies that may be contributing to how you feel. Ultimately, my goal is to understand you as a whole person and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, stable, fulfilling, and authentically your own.
