Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with more than 30 years of experience serving children, individuals, and families across a variety of therapeutic settings within Sacramento, California. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a strong belief in each person's capacity for growth.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about instilling hope in children and families while assisting in recognizing strengths, reach desired potential, and make meaningful behavioral changes. Together, we will create a supportive space to explore challenges, build practical skills, and move towards healthier and more fulfilling relationships.

What you can expect from me

I come to our session with warmth, compassion, and unconditional positive regard. I am here to work along with you and your family in order to instill hope and assist you in making behavioral changes. During our first time together, I like to gain an understanding of you and what your world is like through discussion on family, strengths, presenting symptoms of concerns, challenges, and goals for treatment. I am also seeking an understanding of how best that I can assist you with your goals for therapy.
