Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with clients who are navigating the complexities of marriage, family relationships, parenting challenges, and the many life stressors that can place strain on connection and emotional well-being. Relationships and family systems are rarely simple, and when blended family dynamics, communication struggles, parenting stress, conflict, or life transitions are added into the mix, it can feel overwhelming to know where to begin. As someone who comes from a blended family and has been married for 26 years, I understand firsthand that even strong relationships can benefit from support, perspective, and new tools. My personal and professional experience allows me to connect with clients in a genuine and relatable way, offering individualized guidance, practical strategies, and therapeutic support tailored to their unique circumstances. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where individuals, couples, and families can openly explore their challenges, strengthen communication, navigate complicated dynamics, and work toward greater balance, healing, and connection in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping families enhance their relationships through Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, and DBT therapy. I offer tailored interventions that focus on solutions, challenge negative thought patterns, and find meaning in life's challenges. Together, we work to build healthier communication, resolve conflicts, and create a supportive home.

What you can expect from me

I understand the challenges in building and maintaining healthy family relationships. With compassion and expertise, I'm here to guide you through these difficulties. Together, we can create positive change and strengthen your family bonds. Take the first steps towards a happier life by reaching out for support. Let's work together to make a difference.
