Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist is essential, and beginning by developing a trusting and respectful relationship is where the journey begins between therapist and client. I believe that people can experience true healing and reconcile their past and their present. You can use what you learn to shed old patterns that no longer serve you. Communication is key, and in learning how to do this within yourself, you can create change to achieve a better quality of life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I often work with a variety of clients including but not limited to: college-aged, married couples, careers and singles, and people of elder age. I can also assist with major life transitions such as illness or divorce. I also frequently work with people who struggle with substance use, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. I can guide your learning of stress reduction and mindfulness practices to achieve balance in your life.

What you can expect from our first session

If you are ready for a real down-to earth conversation about change, I welcome you to meet with me in a relaxing, non-judgmental space where we can unpack uncomfortable feelings and develop goals.
