I'm Jenny Sotolongo-Suarez, PMHNP-BC, APRN, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care.

What I want my clients to know about me: I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, and I'm committed to improving access to culturally responsive mental health services for individuals and families in my community. I believe every person deserves a welcoming, judgment-free space where they feel heard, respected, and genuinely involved in their own care.

My approach to care: I work collaboratively with my patients to understand their individual concerns, life experiences, and treatment goals, and together we build a personalized care plan — which may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, education, and ongoing support. I take a thoughtful, evidence-based approach while recognizing that treatment isn't one-size-fits-all; it should be shaped around each person's unique needs.

What to expect from our first session: I'll take the time to get to know you — your history, current concerns, and what you're hoping to get out of care — so we can start building a plan together from day one. You can expect an open, welcoming conversation where your input matters and your goals guide the direction of your treatment.
