Jenny also holds a Certification as a Mental Health Therapist, earned a Masters in Counseling (Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy), and Bachelors of Social Work.

To everything there is a season...a time to heal

Sometimes we just need someone to walk alongside us through this season. Jenny believes that we have all been in the valley at some point, and it can be a very lonely place, BUT with the right help and building a support system, it is possible to overcome this difficult time.

Every session is different based on the needs of each client. Clients can expect to be heard, respected, and supported. Therapist will challenge irrational thinking when needed, and help address past Trauma that could be holding them back.
