Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-informed therapist specializing in working with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of past experiences. My approach integrates modalities like EMDR, parts work (IFS-informed), and attachment-based therapy to help clients understand patterns at a deeper, nervous system level—not just manage symptoms. I have extensive experience supporting high-achieving individuals, adult children of immigrants, and those dealing with complex trauma or relational stress. In our work together, I focus on creating a space that feels both safe and thoughtfully engaging, where meaningful and lasting change can happen.

My approach to therapy

My approach is experiential, trauma-informed, and rooted in attachment and nervous system awareness. I help clients slow down and notice what’s happening internally—emotionally, cognitively, and somatically—so we can work with patterns at their source. I integrate EMDR, parts work, and relational therapy to support deeper processing and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting a clear understanding of what’s bringing you in while also helping you feel grounded and at ease. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a sense of your history, patterns, and goals, without rushing the process. You can expect a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where we begin identifying what feels most important to work on and how to move forward.
