Great to meet you!

I'm a multilingual and multicultural psychologist and a faculty member at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are navigating complex life transitions, relationship issues, trauma and traumatic stressors, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I draw on multiple approaches in my work, including existential therapy, attachment-focused therapy, psychodynamic principles, and mindfulness-based practices, to tailor our work to your unique needs.

Together, we will work to interpret the challenges you are facing—whether they are rooted in past experiences, current stressors, or systemic barriers—and develop a path forward that feels authentic and empowering.

What you can expect from me

We will first spend time discussing what brings you into therapy and where you would like to see yourself in the short-term and long-term. I offer a non-judgemental space for you to unpack difficult aspects of your life with me and work together to find solutions to live a more fulfilling life.
