Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) offering virtual therapy throughout California. I’m passionate about supporting women in healing from trauma and the ways our life experiences live in both the mind and body. Trauma often manifests as anxiety, stress, chronic pain or illness, and nervous system dysregulation. It can feel incredibly overwhelming to manage alone. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and at peace within yourself. Additionally, I bring over a decade of experience working with children and teens in a Montessori setting, creating space for curiosity, growth, and healing at every age.

My approach to therapy

My approach as a therapist is grounded in warmth, compassion, and authenticity. I work from a psychodynamic framework—exploring how past experiences shape present patterns—while integrating Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and somatic (body-based) approaches to support nervous system regulation and emotional grounding.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a collaborative and relational space focused on getting to know you and what feels most important right now. I’ll meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we’ll begin identifying areas you’d like to work on—whether you’re seeking tools to manage stress, deepen self-understanding, or process difficult life experiences. My hope is that our sessions become a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
