Great to meet you!

I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals find balance, healing, and hope. I provide medication management and supportive therapy for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and life stressors. My goal is to create a compassionate and judgment-free space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to take control of your mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based psychopharmacology with supportive and cognitive-behavioral strategies. I focus on collaboration—working together to identify what’s holding you back and building a plan that feels achievable. I believe healing happens through partnership, education, and consistency, not pressure or judgment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll talk openly about your history, goals, and current challenges. I’ll listen carefully and ask questions to better understand your story. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that may include therapy, medication, or both. My priority is that you leave feeling heard, hopeful, and clear about the next steps in your care.
