Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you are here!

I am born and raised in the Midwest but have lived all over the the world. I absolutely love my job as a therapist.

I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and the caregivers who support them. My work is grounded in the understanding that the young adult years are some of the most emotionally complex and transformative seasons of life — full of identity formation, relational shifting, and moments that can feel both important and isolating. I show up to that complexity with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique emotional world.

I am specialized working with anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, burnout, OCD, depression, trauma, and faith-based issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and deeply personal. I get to know you, not just the problem, adjusting my style to meet your unique needs as we go. We may explore family dynamics, relationships, cultural identity, physical symptoms, and the stories you carry about who you are and what you deserve.

My practice is rooted in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Rather than managing symptoms, we work to understand the emotional patterns beneath them because emotions aren't problems to be solved, they're messengers pointing toward unmet needs and unspoken pain.

I'm also a certified EMDR therapist, which I integrate when working through trauma, physical symptoms, or experiences that feel stuck despite the passage of time, reaching what words alone sometimes can't.

Finally, I offer Parent Training and family therapy for parents navigating the challenges of raising adolescents and young adults. If you're overwhelmed, support is available for you too.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are collaborative and non-judgmental. I bring warmth and genuine curiosity, and I'm always more interested in understanding your experience than rushing toward solutions. You'll be met where you are, working at a pace that feels right for you.

Whether you're a teenager finding your voice, a young adult untangling old wounds, or a parent trying to stay connected to a child who seems far away, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
