Great to meet you!

I am a determined person, joyous and a light for others. I encourage and welcome honest and direct feedback, providing the same in return. I aim to empower and motivate clients to see the best in themselves and tap into their greatness. I embody a holistic and inquisitive approach that fosters warmth and safety in the therapeutic space. I also enjoy a good documentary, and EDM music to help release the stressors of daily life.

My approach to therapy

I foster an open space, leaving room for a more organic and participatory feel, propelling clients to be their full selves, consequently encouraging receptiveness to feedback provided, supporting expression of their challenges and ultimate goals for treatment. I am passionate about enhancing client quality of life through embodying the values of communication, safety, and trust when dealing directly with clients.I set the tone by describing the significance of a therapeutic partnership and nurture this approach as treatment develops, which I believe is essential to the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Through grace, support, love, compassion, and curiosity, I co-create a safe space for people to authentically relate, address emergent feelings/sensations, and live more fully in the world.
