Great to meet you!

I have a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been in practice for over 10 years. During my time in practice, I have served various age groups, populations, and diagnoses. I try to meet clients and families where they are at to help clients achieve their desired goals.

My approach to therapy

I try to apply more of a solution-focused, goal-directed, therapeutic approach that centers on future solutions and personal strengths rather than past problems. Not that we do not visit the past if needed. I just try to move forward to help clients return to their previous level of functioning or a higher level of functioning altogether.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect someone who is understanding, non-judgemental, and easy to connect with.
