Great to meet you!

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with over 10 years of experience, providing psychiatric assessments and medication evaluation and management. I provide care throughout the lifespan, and have specifically provided care for children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other related behavior and emotion regulation concerns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to provide psychiatric care that is evidence-based, holistic, and patient and family-centered. In doing so, it is important that we partner in this journey, have transparent and honest communication, including partnering with caregivers and therapists to progress treatment forward in working towards improved quality of life.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to start with giving space to share your story and journey to this point, in a space where you feel safe to be yourself, encouraged to participate in your care, and respected. I value the uniqueness we all bring and hope to identify strengths that will create a sense of empowerment, comfort and belonging.
