Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 20 years. I specialize in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat depression and anxiety and helping people with ADHD develop executive functioning skills. I have experience helping people with educational needs and providing parenting support to help caregivers manage the special needs of their children.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, using a collaborative approach to understand each person, build trust, and identify problem areas to address. I help people develop coping strategies to manage their feelings and implement positive thinking patterns to improve their emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be focused on getting to know a person, learning about their unique needs and strengths, and discovering the reasons they are seeking therapy at this time. Together, we will collaborate on what to start focusing on in therapy moving forward.
