Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Jeremey. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I received my Degree from California Lutheran University and have been in practice for 7 years. I have worked within a variety of settings, including community mental health, residential, non-profit organizations. In my experience I have seen how providing service and working in collaboration with others can create meaningful changes to people's lives. I look forward to being present with you on the journey to healing.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an a humanistic, relatable, client-centered, empathetic approach to therapy. In my practice i typically use an integrative approach to therapy and incorporate modalities that aid clients in restructuring viewpoints, belief systems, reorganizing/processing through traumas, gaining a better self understanding, and finding solutions that enable conflict resolution. I love working with client's who are motivated to improve, and want to tackle challenges through collaboration in therapy.

What you can expect from me

I understand the unique challenge that can be opening up to someone about personal thoughts, unprocessed emotions, experiences that cause suffering. I am best positioned to serve client's that are looking to feel seen, heard, and validated with care, so that you can learn to be vulnerable and know that you are not alone. I will help facilitate sessions so that our therapy environment feels non-judgmental, enables open-mindedness, and offers opportunities for self-reflection.
