Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and therapy is a space to make sense of it all. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi and am a licensed professional counselor. Sessions are collaborative, giving you the space to build confidence, resilience, and emotional awareness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-led, with you as the expert on your own life. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy to help build emotional awareness, coping skills, and resilience. Sessions are practical and supportive, giving you tools to navigate stress, anxiety, relationships, and everyday challenges with confidence.

What you can expect from me

The first session focuses on what brings you to therapy and your goals for our work together. I gather background information and experiences to better understand how to support you, and I also explain my approach to therapy so you know what to expect. The goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard and ready to take the first steps toward meaningful change.
