Great to meet you!

Hi. I've been working as a therapist for 9 years. I have my AA in Sociology from Miracosta College, my BA in Psychology from Cal State Long Beach, and my MSW (Master of Social Work) from Cal State San Marcos. I assist people in dealing with stress from work, relationships, etc. I help people process unresolved trauma, grief, etc. I can help utilize the strengths you have, develop new strengths, in helping you live the most meaningful life in what that means to you.

My approach to therapy

If you want an unbiased professional person to talk to who wont judge you, call me. We will develop our relationship to one where it is familiar. Let me support you in this journey. I’m an eclectic therapist who does not use a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and instead, meets you where you’re at in employing my therapeutic techniques. I like psychodynamic, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) for trauma processing, DBT , ACT , MI , SFT, among others.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect to take away from our sessions, is not someone parroting back what you are telling in session, but instead, you will develop some insight and awareness into your behaviors and others and how you can employ what you learn in our sessions, and apply them to your life to lead the most meaningful life you want, in what that means to you.
