Great to meet you!

I love being a counselor. I received a Master's in Counselor Education @ West Texas A&M University in 2011. I completed my licensure in October of 2012. My approach is client-centered, solution focused therapy. I view my clients through a scope of unconditional positive regard.

My approach to therapy

I work with the walking wounded utilizing a myriad of different evidence-based modalities with a cognitive behavioral backbone. I see clients for: depression, stress, co-dependency, anxiety, grief, bi-polar, and adjustment to life. I specialize in trauma work utilizing EMDR. One of my primary areas of concentration is addiction (individual & family).

What you can expect from me

I assist my clients by allowing you to provide information, consider direction, formulate a plan, and complete action towards your goals. Give yourself a chance: take a look at yourself and learn about the relationships between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I complete a thorough intake assessment with each client; and we work on the issues that you would like to address with a personal and professional approach.
