Great to meet you!

My path to becoming a psychiatric provider has been uniquely integrative. Before entering the mental health field, I was a professional wrestler, yoga instructor, massage therapist, and trauma ICU nurse practitioner. These experiences gave me a deep respect for the body-mind connection and the many ways people endure and recover from hardship. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a grounded presence to my work, honoring each person’s unique story and strengths.

My approach to therapy

Clients often leave sessions feeling more connected to themselves, more empowered, and with practical tools they can use right away. We work together to understand what’s behind symptoms—not just treat them—so that healing can occur at the root level. You can expect a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where insight grows and meaningful change becomes possible. Whether you're seeking stability, clarity, or deeper self-awareness, our work will be tailored to your goals.

What you can expect from me

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I integrate evidence-based treatments like EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and medication management when appropriate. I see symptoms as meaningful responses to life experience—not personal failures. My goal is to help clients move from survival mode into a life of purpose, balance, and emotional freedom.
