Great to meet you!

You've probably tried to get a handle on this more than once. Whether it's the anxiety that won't let you rest, the anger that shows up before you see it coming, or a pattern around substances you're ready to face honestly, something brought you here. I work with adults and older adults navigating some of the harder things life puts in front of us: depression, anxiety, substance use, anger, and trauma, and the ways these often show up together. My approach is direct but never harsh, and I take seriously the courage it takes to reach out.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we focus on understanding what's really driving the patterns that are getting in the way of the life you want. That means slowing down enough to look at the thoughts, habits, and stories underneath the behavior, then building practical tools to start shifting them. I work best with clients who are ready to be honest with themselves, even when that's uncomfortable. We move at a pace that works for you, but we do move. If you've been stuck in the same cycles and want a real path forward, we can find that together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation. I want to understand what brought you here and what you're hoping things could look like on the other side. From there, we build a plan that actually fits your life. If you're ready to do the work, I'd like to hear from you.
