I am a board-certified clinical psychologist in practice for 16 years. I completed my PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of North Texas and completed my clinical internship at Yale School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry. I specialize in anxiety, PTSD, and depression, but I am happy to work with clients from all walks of life and with a wide range of concerns or treatment goals. I also speak Spanish and have provided professional services in Spanish including therapy and psychological assessments.

My approach to therapy

I have an open and non-judgmental style and will work with you to guide therapy in a direction that's most helpful for you. I have training in and utilize evidence-based practices, tailored to your individual needs and expectations.

What you can expect from me

Clients may be asked to do work outside of session to maintain momentum and continue progress between appointments, with the goal being to learn skills that will translate to improvements to daily life outside of session.
