My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and help you recognize the strengths and tools you already have within you. With the right support, meaningful growth and change are possible.
I have over 10 years of experience in the counseling field, following an earlier career in education, where my focus has always been helping individuals overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.
I hold a Master of Science (M.S.) in Clinical Psychology and a Ph.D. in Psychology with an emphasis in Performance Psychology, and I take a supportive, practical approach to helping clients create lasting, positive change.
I work collaboratively with clients to understand the whole person—exploring both who they are today and who they are becoming. My approach is strengths-based and grounded in clear, compassionate communication that supports growth and self-understanding. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another. We will explore what has brought you to therapy, discuss the changes you hope to make, and identify meaningful goals for our work together. I will take time to understand your unique experiences and perspective as we begin building a supportive therapeutic relationship and developing a plan tailored to your needs.
