Great to meet you!

Life can be messy, and baggage can accumulate until we're barely able to function. If that sounds familiar, I want you to know that you deserve better. You deserve a life where you can express who you are, support your family and friends, and be a productive member of society, regardless of what you've experienced in your life. You deserve a better life, and I can help you get it. I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in a wide range of settings, including inpatient adolescent care, Veterans' Services, and private practice.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered approach to create a safe space where you and I will examine the things that are preventing you from living the life you deserve. I specialize in Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which means that we'll focus on the thoughts and emotions that arise when you face troubling situations.

What you can expect from me

As humans, we do have some control over what we think and feel. I can help you develop the tools and confidence to overcome the negative thoughts and feelings that get in your way. We can work together, replacing negative thoughts with realistic positive ones, which help you stay focused on being the best person you can be. Schedule a brief consultation to take the first step to the next version of you.
