Great to meet you!

If you're carrying something heavy (whether trauma, persistent mental health challenges, or the quiet weight of just getting by), you deserve a space where you genuinely feel heard. I'm Jeremy, a licensed social worker in Ohio with 9 years of experience. I'd love to help you figure things out together.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and change, and these two components may look different for every individual. Through a trauma focused lens, I utilize a holistic and eclectic approach, acknowledging the mind and body connection, and borrowing principles grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Strength Based and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you'll have space to share your story and what brings you to therapy, at whatever pace feels right. I keep things conversational and collaborative, so there's no pressure to have it all figured out. By the end of our first meeting, you'll leave with a clearer sense of direction and the feeling that someone is genuinely in your corner.
