Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and neurodivergent individuals in a safe, structured, and compassionate environment. I specialize in ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and attachment-related concerns, with extensive experience working with families navigating complex emotional and behavioral challenges. My approach is strengths-based and individualized, meaning I tailor therapy to each client’s developmental needs, personality, and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. I value accountability, collaboration, and creating meaningful change that goes beyond symptom management to address the deeper roots of distress.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based, individualized, and rooted in evidence-based practice. I integrate modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, SSP, and ILS to address both surface-level symptoms and the deeper patterns driving them. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor treatment to each client’s developmental level, neurotype, attachment history, and personal goals. I focus on helping clients build insight, emotional regulation skills, and resilience while creating sustainable, long-term change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, you can expect a supportive, structured conversation designed to understand your concerns, history, and goals for therapy. I will ask questions about current challenges, strengths, family dynamics, developmental background, and any previous treatment experiences. For children and adolescents, I balance assessment with rapport-building to ensure they feel safe and comfortable. By the end of the session, we will begin identifying clear therapeutic goals and discuss a collaborative plan for moving forward.
