Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, and I'm the only provider in Colorado Springs offering Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I work with individuals, couples, and families — with a special focus on young children ages 2–7 and the parents supporting them. My practice is built around helping families connect more deeply and navigate real challenges at home. I also integrate Video Game Therapy into treatment, creating a space that is engaging for children while teaching important life skills and emotional regulation.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy — an evidence-based model where I coach parents in real time to strengthen their bond with their child and address challenging behaviors. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical: I meet you where you are and focus on building skills that translate directly into your daily life. I believe the most meaningful change happens in a space free of judgment, where families feel truly supported.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and mapping out the best path forward for your family. We'll talk about what brought you in, what you'd most like to see change, and what a realistic plan might look like. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, clear on next steps, and confident that you're in the right place.
