Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jeremy, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 4 years of experience dedicated to helping people feel more grounded, self-aware, and empowered in their lives. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, feeling stuck, or navigating big life changes, I work to understand your unique story and help you move forward with clarity and confidence. I specialize in supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional regulation, and healing from complex experiences, especially within diverse and underrepresented communities.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll truly act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and that you always feel respected in our relationship. I'll blend compassionate listening with proven methods like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, along with Person-Centered ways of working, some dynamic insights, and mindfulness practices. I’ll be there to listen to you, gently challenge you to explore your feelings and experiences for clearer understanding, and support you as we collaboratively set meaningful goals for your path forward.

What you can expect from me

We'll start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From our sessions, you can expect to gain valuable insights and practical tools, helping you develop stronger ways to handle your feelings and improve your interactions. My aim is for you to leave feeling more deeply understood, with a renewed sense of self-awareness and the ability to thrive. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
