Great to meet you!

Many individuals—especially gay and bisexual men—struggle with anxiety, depression, identity conflict, relationship challenges, and religious trauma. If you live in Pennsylvania and feel stuck in your relationships, weighed down by shame around your sexual identity, or are questioning and deconstructing your faith, therapy can help. I provide a safe, affirming space where we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, identify what’s keeping you stuck, and build the clarity, confidence, and tools to move forward in your life and relationships. I'd love to connect briefly and see if we're a good fit.

My approach to therapy

If you’ve felt isolated navigating identity, religion, or relationships, you’re not alone. As a queer therapist in Pennsylvania who understands religious harm, identity conflict, and the complexities of queer dating and non-traditional relationships, I offer a collaborative, non-judgmental, and sex-positive telehealth space where your experiences are validated and your goals are prioritized. Together, we’ll work on relationship challenges, self-esteem, decision-making, and healing from trauma while helping you build healthier patterns, stronger boundaries, and a more authentic, fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll take a warm but direct approach to understanding your background and current concerns while establishing trust and clear expectations. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and parts work to help you understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, develop healthier coping strategies, improve communication, and strengthen boundaries. Over time, you’ll also begin to feel more secure within yourself—less anxious in relationships, more trusting of your instincts, and better able to handle difficult emotions without feeling overwhelmed. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and equipped to make meaningful changes so you can experience real healing, stronger relationships, and lasting confidence in who you are.
