Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, life transitions, and self-esteem. My style is warm, inquisitive, open-minded, and empowering, with humor mixed in when it fits. I approach therapy with genuine curiosity and want to understand how you see yourself, your experiences, and the world around you. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and find a path forward that feels authentic to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, curious, and grounded in the idea that you are the expert on your own life. I use an open-minded and often humorous style to help you explore patterns, relationships, past experiences, and the beliefs that may be shaping how you feel today. I draw from approaches like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed therapy, but I don’t believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and feel more confident making changes that align with the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can share what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. I’ll ask questions and stay curious as we begin making sense of your experiences, strengths, challenges, and the patterns you may want to change. We’ll work together to identify goals that actually matter to you rather than deciding for you what therapy should look like. You can expect the first session to feel conversational, collaborative, and focused on getting to know you as a person.
