I have been in the mental health field for past 10 years and fully licensed in Virginia for one year. My biggest belief is that therapy is not a one size fits all approach! I will bring my humor, open mind, and authentic self to the therapy room and only request that you bring the same. While my focus has primarily been on substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma, and Men's issues with clients age 18-60 I am open to working with anyone looking for a change.
