Great to meet you!

For more than 12 years I’ve helped children, adolescents, families, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, behavioral issues, trauma, ADHD, and social-skills difficulties. My style is warm, direct, and solution-focused. I use humor to help clients feel at ease, meet them exactly where they are, and collaboratively figure out practical ways to reach the goals that matter most to them. Whether we’re using CBT, play therapy, or other evidence-based approaches, the focus stays on real-life change and greater control over daily life. I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and families navigate anxiety, depression, and ADHD/neurodivergence. I also provide focused support for parenting challenges and family dynamics, working collaboratively to build practical skills, improve communication, and help everyone feel more connected and in control.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and its various forms, combined with Solution-Focused techniques, to identify unhelpful patterns, build new skills, and create clear steps toward the changes you want in your life. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD/neurodivergence, or family and parenting challenges, the focus stays on real-world improvement and helping you feel more in control. I meet you (or your child) where you are, often using humor to ease the process, so therapy feels approachable and productive.

What you can expect from me

In the first session with clients i aim to connect with clients since i truly believe if no healthy and open relationship is established there will be no growth in therapy. I also aim to answer any questions the clients have about treatment and what we will most be working on.
