Great to meet you!

Hello! Thank you for your interest in exploring improving your quality of life! A little bit about myself, I have been a practicing clinician for over 9 years, now. I have a great deal of experience and enjoy helping individuals face their addictions and other co-occurring issues. While I have many years of experience in working with addiction and mental health, I have personal experience as well. So, I am definitely able to empathize with many struggles, accross the board. I am also not fully, but intermediately bilingual. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you! If my bookings are full, please send me a private message, I may still have openings.

My approach to therapy

I use a range of treatment modalities and approaches to best assist my clients with their specific set of needs. I use a direct approach while also practicing empathy. I believe in empowering people to empower themselves and realize their capabilities and potential. I am aware of reluctance sometimes to seek services, so I strive to empathize, treating every individual on a case by case basis, utilizing a realistic and practical approach to life.

What you can expect from me

My hope is for clients to feel empowered, capable, educated, and eminently equipped to face the world, despite fears and trepidations we all encounter, in life. My goal for my clients is to help them identify and achieve their life goals, whether it is staying clean and sober, repairing relationships and fostering healthy relationships, short and long-term goals; your goal is my goal for you!
