Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jeremy, a therapist who works primarily with adults navigating life stress, anxiety, transitions, motivation, and personal growth. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from SUNY at Albany and use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build practical tools and lasting change. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, and I strive to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward their goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in understanding the full picture of who you are and the experiences that have shaped you, without judgment. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and safe to explore challenges openly. Together, we work to better understand patterns, build practical tools, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy, your background, and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll also ask about any past therapy experiences to better understand what has or hasn’t felt helpful for you. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard while we explore whether we’re a good fit and how therapy can best support your growth and goals.
