Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, disconnected in relationships, or carrying pain that feels hard to make sense of, you’re not alone. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be fully yourself while doing meaningful work toward healing and growth. Therapy with me is warm, grounded, and collaborative, with a focus on helping you feel understood while building real change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, insight-oriented, and practical. I draw from approaches like CBT, ACT, IFS, mindfulness, and psychodynamic work to help you understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and build tools that support lasting change. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and personalized, not one-size-fits-all. Together we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you while building clarity, resilience, and a stronger connection to yourself. I treat the whole person mind, body, emotions, spirit, soul

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope might change. There’s no pressure to have the “right” words or tell your whole story at once. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and hopeful from the start, while we begin creating a path forward together that can go as deep as you want to
