As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with nearly a decade of experience and specialized training in Play Therapy, I focus on early childhood mental health and family dynamics. I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and their families navigate these challenges together through a collaborative, relationship-focused approach.
I use developmentally sensitive interventions including Child-Centered Play Therapy, Expressive Arts, Sandtray Therapy, and CBT to help children process emotions, build self-regulation skills, and strengthen bonds with their caregivers. Since children often express themselves more naturally through play than words, these approaches offer a non-threatening and effective way to support growth and healing.
I am endorsed by the Florida Association of Infant Mental Health as an Infant Mental Health Specialist (IMH-E), and my work is rooted in enhancing the parent-child relationship. I believe every voice in the family system matters, and I’m here to create a safe, welcoming space where children and caregivers can be seen, heard, and supported together.
