Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) candidate at Franklin University. With over 14 years of diverse nursing experience in neuro/stroke telemetry, emergency care, and psychiatric care, I have developed a strong foundation for providing comprehensive mental health care. My passion lies in delivering compassionate, evidence-based treatment that empowers individuals to take an active role in their healing. I am committed to making high-quality mental health care accessible, personalized, and grounded in a holistic approach to wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe that supporting mental health enhances daily functioning and strengthens overall well-being. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, creating individualized treatment plans that address each person’s unique needs. Through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing support, I strive to ensure clients feel seen, heard, and empowered on their path toward healing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with practical strategies, greater self-awareness, and a sense of empowerment in managing your mental health. I work with each client to set clear, achievable goals, whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving mood, building coping skills, or enhancing overall functioning. Together, we track progress and adjust the plan as needed so treatment remains aligned with your needs and goals.

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, respected, and actively involved in their care. My goal is for every session to provide not only insight but also actionable steps that foster growth, resilience, and long-term well-being.
