I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice and an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant. I specialize in maternal mental health and youth ages birth-17. I also provide consultation to professionals and caregivers of children ages birth-5. I am a mother of 2 daughters and have lived experience with birth trauma. I am a native of Wisconsin but I've lived in 3 other states throughout my life.

I am an interactive, holistic, solution-focused therapist, and my compassionate therapeutic approach is to provide attentiveness and support to help young clients and mothers to understand and cope with life changes and challenges.

Client can expect to experience a sense of relief, feeling seen and heard, validated, and empathy from me. Clients may receive therapeutic homework to support their mental wellness in between sessions.
