Great to meet you!

I am licensed in the state of Texas with 17 years of professional work experience in the field of counseling. I have experience in helping clients identify and develop coping strategies to manage addictions, relationship issues, trauma, and abuse. I’m also a great motivator and good at helping those who struggle with their self-esteem and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

My approach to therapy

My ideal clients are adults who are willing to hold themselves accountable for their actions and willing to execute the therapeutic interventions and tools provided to them to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
